Can you help? We need friends to partner with us to continue this vital work with The Relief Bus. There are 47,000 homeless people in New York City and 20,000 of them are children. Can you imagine spending Christmas with your kids in a shelter? There are people on the streets praying for someone like us to come along and give them a hand up, not just a hand out.
This year we helped a lot of hurting people:
The Relief Bus has had one-on-one, in-depth conversations with over 800 individuals and given over 700 referrals to life-transforming resources like detox and rehab.
- Nearly 10,000 prayers were prayed by our staff and almost 5,000 volunteers.
- In our 23rd year, The Relief Bus served over 5 million servings of food & drink to the poor and hungry on the streets of NYC and NJ!
